What information do we collect?
- What you send us in the form: your name, phone number, the problem you choose, and anything you write in the message box.
- Page information: the page you sent the form from, and the first page you landed on during your visit, so we know which pages are useful.
- Call information: when you call our number, the call passes through a call tracking service, which records details such as your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the menu option you chose. Calls may be recorded.
- Basic website data: like most websites, our hosting provider and the fonts and scripts we load may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.
How do we use it?
To connect you with a local company that can help with your request, to follow up about your request, to keep records of referrals, and to improve the site.
Who do we share it with?
We share your request and contact details with one or more local companies that do the kind of work you asked about, so they can contact you. Those companies are independent businesses with their own privacy practices. We also use service providers, such as our website host, form processor and call tracking provider, to run the site.
How do I stop calls or texts?
Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts. To ask us not to share your information again, or to ask about the information we hold, use the contact page. Requests to a company we referred you to should go to that company.
